فندق ضعيف المستوي و كان في الامكان أن يكون افضل

مستوي الغرف سيء جدا و النظافة سيئة و المفروشات قديمة و الأغطية من شراشف و وسادات قديمة و بها بقع و ممزقة و الحمام سيء و غير نظيف و لا يعمل جيدا . المناشف صفراء و غير نظيفة اثاث الغرف قديم جدا و التليفزيون صغير و لا توجد خدمة انترنت . مستوي الاكل متوسط . الفندق مزدحم جدا و العمالة غير كافية لتقديم خدمة جيدة. الاكوابارك جيد و لكن لا توجد خدمة جيدة حول المسابح و البارات تحاول عدم تقديم المشروبات أو تقديمها في كاسات بلاستيك صغيرة جدا و في أماكن بعيدة لجعل المسألة صعبة علي النزيل في تكرار الطلبات أو المشروبات

An EX 5 star resort complex which is falling apart at the seams.Staff doing the best they can but needs shutting down asap to prevent a major disaster.Whole property is broken and only 10% of the property is functional.FUNCTIONAL being the word,broken tiles litter the paths which are unlit.Whole place is a ghost town.No life whatsoever in the place.Unhygenic food served by the staff with them wiping their sweaty brows and then getting straight back to cooking!!Old stained carpets with mould everywhere.One lady dancing in her jeans and a man shouting at the top of his voice in the name of entertainment in a dimly lit disco in a basement with 3 familes biding thier time until thier flights back. Dont get swayed by the 5 star rating,it used to be 5 stars and is worse than a B&B now. Needless to stay I stayed for one night and then moved my family to another hotel Believe the negative reviews as its definately worse than they have said If you value your holiday as well as your family PLEASE STAY AWAY

مكان ممتاز للعطلات العائلية

لقد استمتعت كثيرا بالاقامة فى بارادايس جولدن فايف ، الشاطئ ممهد ورملى ورائع ، حمامات السباحة موزعة توزيع جيد على المساحة ونظيفة ، الأكل متنوع ونظيف وجيد جدا ، المشروبات جيدة جدا ، الأكوا بارك رائعة ، جميع الموظفين يتعاملون بحرفية عالية واحترام وود ، لكن مستوى تنظيف الغرف اليومى لم يعجبنى ولكنه ليس سيئا للدرجة التى تعيب الفندق فقط يجب الالحاح أحيانا لتنفيذ طلبك ، الاستاذ نشأت فى الاستقبال شخصية على درجة عالية من الاحترام والحرفية وهو من العوامل التى أسعدتنى فى الرحلة وكذلك جميع الموظفين بالفندق ، سوف أكرر الزيارة إلى باراديس جولدن فايف مرة أخرى

Just imagine Five sister hotels 450 rooms each in hundreds of acres with swimming pools and even cable cars, with no one in, only two of you, from time to time another client checks in only to leave the following day, leaving us to be the only hotel guests in this magnificent 5 star complex, it was closed for three years after the Russian plane disaster and opened only the week we arrived, nothing works and no life anywhere apart from builders and staff trying to repair and salvage a sinking damaged ship, you look from your balcony as far as the eye can see no life, it started with lifts, they have three only one worked, and went out of order the following day, so they switched it for the second one, which refused to go any further than the second floor, so we had to climb or go down one floor each day several times ( we are in our 70`s), and even that went out of order one day as well, in the room there was no hot water for 3 days and that was repaired, the air condition is like a fan does not bring cold or hot air, and it gets really cold at night and only one blanket for two single beds ( by the way we requested a double bed, but the large hotel could not accommodate us), then the lighting which consisted of two table lamps hardly enough to see the time on the clock or to read as 3/4 of the huge room was in darkness, next the TV does not work, there is no batteries in the remote control, the kettle does not work, the curtains do not close and too high to fix.

Terrible hotel!

The original hotel that I had booked was closed and they put us in an another one. The room was OK and we had the room on the sea view whicj was beautifull! But the food was really really bad and also not clean. I had two days illness because of the food!

Hotel ist die reinste Ruine . Essen immer dasselbe

Die Zimmer sind einigermaßen Sauber, der Rest total Verdreckt von Putzen keine Spur..Der Katalog total veraltet,bestimmt schon 5 Jahre alt Gebäude sind die reinsten Ruinen nahe am zerfall.Uns wurde zugesagt einmal pro Woche in einem Spezialitäten Restourant zu Essen, waren leider geschlossen.Das Essen war immer dasselbe die armen Gäste die da länger blieben.Hatten einen Trasfer mit Taxi Gebucht wurden aber leider nur am Flughafen abgeholt vom Reisleiter war keine Begrüßung zu Erwarten da dieser nicht Anwesend war würde das Hotel aus meinem Katalog nehmen

All golden five hotels are closed except Emerald hotel which they tramsfer all to. Only one restaurant work and provide poor food . It was bad hotel and so crowded .

Nedslidt hotel!!

Hotellet er meget nedslidt, og billederne må være mindst 10 år gamle. Da vi ankom til hotellet, var vi stort set de eneste gæster, og der var hverken vand i poolen eller gang i vandrutsjebanerne. Vi gik en tur på stranden, men her var også øde! Desuden blev vi indlogeret på et helt andet hotel, end det vi havde bestilt. Selv den lokale befolkning havde ondt af os, fordi vi boede på dette hotel. Der hang 5 stjerner på væggen, men hotellet er i hvert fald ikke mere end 2 stjerner værd.

Disgusting, changed hotel, want to be refunded

We arrived in golden 5 paradise, without being warned, hotel was closed, ghost city, no bars, no animation, no swimming pool, they put us in small hotel behind, Emerald hotel, no water in room, blood stained sheets, bath not working, more dirty than I ever saw in my life, wouldn't let my dog in this room. We had to stay in this hotel for one week, was vomiting from the smell of dirty stained carpet everywhere, even in elevator. We had to leave this nightmare to another hotel, desert rose. I want to go to Tourism police and lawyer to assume Travelocity, you should visit the hotels before you put them in garbage and my words can't explain because it was worse. I off course want to be refunded, for your agency to make a hell of my holiday. Not to mention the taxi we had to provide by ourself to go from closed booked hotel to Emerald. Also no phone working to the hotel, 7 numbers calling the hotel was not answering.

OK first the hotel is one of five hotel when we we arrived we found this hotel has been close down and we have to go to other one less quality and service instead of 5 star we stay in 4 star hotel, during our stay the maintenance brook down the shade and Windows was brookin the fresh water was out for tow hours

Rooms were not clean. Bathrooms were dirty and smelly. No wifi in rooms. Beach was full of rocks. I would not recommend this place for anyone

it was perfect , food was fine, good staff , aqua park, pool ,beach all are very good with good price
