"We were given an exceptional warm reception and introduction to the hotel, immediately being made to feel welcomed. Hotel is a lovely renovated old building, conveniently situated a short walk from Pont du Gard. Room was small but adequate, clean and well equipped. Staff at reception and when dining were the most friendly and attentive we met during our tour of the region. Would have no hesitation if recommending this hotel."

"This is a high-end destination place with a wonderful pool. However, if you have a pool, people will use it; if they use it, you need to have staff who can make sure it's clean and that there are enough towels. If you offer water, make sure the jug is full. As for the room, look at the photo in the website: even a standard room has a curtain over the bed to soften the harshness of the whiteness of the room... it's not too much to ask to have the actual room match the one in the photo... Finally,...

"While I truly wanted to enjoy my stay here, it was not possible. First the positives: the property is beautiful, the restaurant serves excellent food and wine, and the staff were truly helpful. Unfortunately, the rooms suffer from water damage and ventilation challenges and have a musty smell. I hope that the property can address this issue in the future. Overall, I highly recommend the restaurant but not the hotel."

"Excellent stay at Best Western Plus Avignon – Highly recommended! We just stayed at the Best Western Plus Avignon and overall found it to be a very good hotel in a convenient location. The breakfast was excellent — fresh, varied, and one of the highlights of our stay. The indoor pool and sauna were amazing and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
