"All the staff and the welcome was seriously first class and went way beyond even relais and chateau standards where we usually choose to stay. Very genuine and impressive. Deborah at breakfast deserves a special mention. As the hotel is mainly round a beautiful courtyard it could be a little noisy at times. Very comfortable bed and super linens. bath towels a little small. Would absolutely recommend. we had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to return"

"Confortable, propre et un hôte aux petits soins !"

"Stunning property with a beautiful pool and the most stunning family room with connecting bathroom so we could stay close to our teens :) We only stayed one night, the four poster bed was so comfortable, the linnen sheets helped me sleep like a baby! There was a lovely room to watch tv or play games and the breakfast was lovely, wish we had stayed longer! Merci Valerie ❤️"

Kahle Wände ohne Bilder; Personal war nicht besonders freundlich; Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, jedoch gibt es keinen koffeinfreien Kaffee;...

It's opposite the railway station making it easy to get into La Rochelle (20 mins away) or a trip to Bordeaux for the day in the other direction. The trains are not noisy and the rooms are quiet. Breakfast at the hotel is a buffet breakfast around 15 Euros and it is superior to the breakfasts available at the seafront cafes. It's very good. The young guy on...

"Friendly and helpful host Cecile when organizing arrival outside of office hours. Very close to main sites and excellent dining options nearby"
