"Alberto and Simona are not just incredible people, but incredible hosts too. They go above and beyond to help and assist, offering as much as they can to give you the best possible experience. They even offered a shuttle to take me and my girlfriend for the local village, saving us money on taxi's as we didn't have a car. The 6 nights I stayed with my girlfriend felt like home, mostly due to the way the family made us feel. The breakfast: delicious and custom, the view: I cannot describe it...

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ponti and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is perfect – right by the lake, peaceful and quiet, yet ideal for exploring the surroundings and the Castle. "Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage in Stresa, wir hatten direkten Blick mit Balkon auf den See. Allerdings gestaltet sich die Parkplatzsuche dadurch etwas schwieriger. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft sowie die Zimmer werden mit einem Code geöffnet was gut und einfach funktioniert. "This was the best hotel of our trip to Italy! Super friendly and helpful staff - Marta showed us to our room upon arrival and explained the room features (I've never experienced that at a hotel before!). The hotel and the room were beautiful and spotless - and the shower has to be one of the best hotel showers of all time! Great stay!"

"We spent 5 wonderful days in May at the Belvedere. The rooms have an incredible lake view and are just lovely. The breakfast, included, has a generous selection. We dined 3 nights at the hotel restaurant which is absolutely elegant and offers delicious food. The staff was helpful and very courteous. The island is very small and everything is “right there”. Definitely a place we will remember and go back to!"
