"Excellent check in , left us in room 2 hours prior to check as we arrived earlier. Property very well maintained & clean . Knowing property was totally pet friendly I booked anyway as I am a dog person but not traveling with, but the only problem was guests left dogs in rooms when they went for dinners or boardwalk time and some barked consistently for hours , next door was until 11 pm , did not make for a peaceful relaxing evening. "Everything was great and we were enjoying our stay when, on the second full day there, we were told that no beach umbrellas were going to be available, only the lounges and towels (or cabanas for $100/day). No explanation was given. We assumed it was because there was a little stronger breeze than the day before, and there were no lifeguards on the hotel’s part of the beach.
