"Every staff member was so polite and professional. Rooms were very clean. The amenities and the little snacks they left were great. Most of all I loved that they had refillable water jugs and a water fountain on every level. I didn’t realise how much it makes a difference just to have access to a water fountain 24/7. "

A couple of maintenance problems - the windows in both bedrooms had problems - a couple of the bedroom(s) windows are faulty - won't stay open etc. and the fan in the small bedroom only spins very very fast or stop. es. Other than that our stay was very pleasant, and we would recommend Pacific Beach resort as a good place to stay on Mooloolaba Beach"
