"The staff at the front desk are awesome the two young ladies that checked me the night of the stay but the cleaning people needs to be fired I asked them to clean my room the guy said he would do it and never did I want stay there again I bet that for nothing in world "

"Room is outdated and A/C did not work. When they finally fixed the A/C, then the heat stop working. Bed is very enclosed on both side and you have to slide to the foot of the bed to get out. Pool was not open and oceanview was looking at the pier. Hard to get in touch with staff after 4pm."

"Yes the hot tub was perfect and the room was great like usual. I love this place. And Rich at the front desk was amazing. He’s a great guy!!!"

"The view of beach and ocean were fine. Very little parking, had to ask staff where to park bc there wasn’t any available after we grabbed dinner, so they sent us to a parking lot across the street. Room appeared clean, but the floor felt dirty when walking on it and their were roaches, my husband killed 3 and saw other dead ones when he started looking under the bed and behind the light fixture in the bathroom. Sheets were scratchy, and walls were very thin as we could hear everyone in the rooms on either side and above us. Staff was not in the office at this hotel, but they were at the office to the hotel beside this one. We knew it wasn’t going to be anything grand due to the price, however the reviews I read were misleading as it sounded like it would be clean and it wasn’t as clean as we had anticipated."
