"This hotel was awful. The rooms were filthy and reeked and had that moist feeling in them. The bathroom was disgusting from the shower to the sink to the toilet. The carpet in the room should have been taken out 15 years ago. No housekeeping, no towels. Trash bags all along the walls of the hotel we stayed for 4 days and the same trash was along the walls for the entire stay. "Location is great. Overall stay was good
Some issues we had:
• Elevators in the parking garage need to be serviced. We were stuck in one because the doors didn’t open. After a minute or so I was able to pull it open and exit.
• The mattresses and living room chairs are very outdated. The mattresses need to be changed out for sure.
• There was a lot of cigarette and marijana smoke in the parking garage elevators and on other balcony’s that made sitting on our balcony hard to do."

"The front desk staff were kind. The room was very quiet as it was right at the pool, but they were able to animate us with another room on the 6th floor. Ocean view was nice. The cleanliness and overall quality of the room & building needs major improvements. Shower walls & toilet had hair on them, the mold issue is awful.
