"Our stay at Dukes The Palm was truly wonderful. We are a family of 5, and our vacation ended up being extended due to the war and flight disruptions. Despite the unexpected situation, the hotel—and the country—deserve 1000 stars for how they made us feel during this time. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly kind, welcoming, and supportive. The level of hospitality we experienced was beyond anything we expected. A very special thank you to Asif, the Rooms Manager, and Alejandra, the Public Relations Manager. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable, and their kindness meant so much to our family. While we have been looking for flights to return home, the truth is we almost don’t want to leave. It is the first time we have ever felt this way about a place. Thank you to the entire team at Dukes The Palm for turning a stressful situation into such a positive and unforgettable experience."

"An excellent property with an excellent staff. I would have rated it five, however, this graet proprty needs vto change room cartpets.that is the onlty weaknessI have seen. It would be even better if they cahnge the carpet to tiles.. what compensates this is the wonderful staff such as Pavlav."

"Fabulous hotel - all areas spotless Great restaurants and bars. Had access to the executive lounge which was lovely for pre dinner drinks - afternoon tea wasn’t much choice but breakfast and evenings was lovely. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and on the beach Boat tour around the marina was amazing Only thing to point out when booking via Expedia they don’t communicate the age of children to the hotel - so our 16 year old was classed as a child - which as we went half board was funny (not for him) when they brought kids menu out for him 🙄"
