"First the property is not designed to have any close place to go to ( pools / buffets etc) any place you will go you need to use a buggy and they are not quite ready or fast
Second the bathroom door opening is not well maintained the door was stuck and difficult to open
Third the bathroom shower in the room is not clean and has gross taels
Fourth we had a halfboard package when we went for the dinner they told us that water and drinks are not inclusive!!! How come even water ???
