"The hotel is in a great location - at the entrance to the harbour where all the yachts moor for the night and just a few minutes walk to the town centre and restaurants. The hotel is a delightful heritage building with a small garden in front and terrace with a beautiful view. The facilities in the room were good. We loved the Occitane products in the bathroom! The staff were lovely and gave some great recommendations for beaches and restaurants."

"Clean rooms, AC and very helpful staff. I liked the balcony with the clothes line to dry wet clothes. Very useful for the location. Nice location and taxi convenience. The breakfast needs to be updated with better options and improve the quality. The eggs were cold both days."

"We stopped off in Hvar for a couple of nights en-route from Dubrovnik to Split and so glad we chose Dela. We had such a relaxing time there. It is a family run establishment and they really go out of their way to help and make your stay special. The Dela is located up a hill just out of town but the family are always on hand to pick you up or drop you off. We were picked up from the ferry and after dining out in the old town so nothing to worry about, it's a pleasant walk downhill into town...

"Location nice, but difficult to get to. The furthest hotel from the square. No one could be bothered to help us get our luggage up the stairs. Air conditioning did not work well, kept turning off. Felt like we were gaslighted, that it was working, we just don't know how air conditioning works. Not hot water for shower. Ants. Rooms extremely outdated. Not a 4 star hotel, like it's rated. The beach view and access was very nice and beautiful, but would probably spend a little more money to stay...

"This place was a disaster from beginning to end. I booked it not reading reviews and am completely regretting it. Nothing worked, no internet, moldy fridge, no working phone...etc. if we touched it, chances are it was broken or not working. To the credit of the cleaning staff, it wasn't and issue of cleanliness, but a matter of being a severely outdated and run down hotel. A shame because the location is really nice. "This property is absolutely beautiful. It is merely steps away from one of the most unique beaches in the world. There is a lovely restaurant on a promenade above the beach that runs all the way into Bol. It is a lovely walk. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Communication with the staff was very easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful place and only wish we'd had more time there."
