"This hotel is a scam. I reserved it for one night, my passport got stolen and I needed a place to stay for the night to resolve the issue. I booked the hotel through Expedia and when I arrived I showed them my American ID, picture of my passport and explained in detailed what happened and they could not care less simply denied me check in and proceed to completely ignore Expedia when they tried to contact them to help me out or even issue refund to allow me to book somewhere else, they just kept...

"Do not stay here. This place is expensive and claims to be all inclusive but in fact it is “some inclusive”. They have restrictions on what you can eat, what you can drink, the times that things are open and the buffet is not good food. The rooms are also very cheap and motel looking. This place is expensive for no good reason. Just book something else"

The hotel is pristine, with brand-new, beautiful rooms and daily entertainment throughout the day, which was a great, unexpected touch. The all-inclusive food selection and cocktails were great, as was the location. Some days we didn't even want to leave the hotel. It's an absolute recommendation. My partner and I will definitely be back next time we visit Ibiza."
