"Very smart hotel recently refurbished, possibly re built. High tech, which is a problem. The hotel gives you lots of information before arriving. Parking is expensive, but you are in the centre of town. The hotel is controlled by technology, no room keys, digital check in etc.... On the day we arrived we were not told that there was no Wi Fi or internet connection. When we asked how we could connect we were told that was not possible and the engineers could not work out why, so we would have to do without. This hotel is run by technology, but the staff don't know how to control it. Which means anything could go wrong and customers would just have to do without. Possibly no lift, no air conditioning, no hot water, no access to your room. Everything relies on the technology. Our problem was small, no internet and no Wi Fi. After a rather lengthy debate with the manager, a rather shaky connection was made. It sometimes worked, sometimes not. No real solution, just a patch up job. The pool advertised is not a pool its a plunge pool. Small and narrow. The rooftop sun area has 5 loungers. For a hotel with 5 floors of rooms. A joke. Yes it has everything advertised, but that's just to get bookings. We stayed one night. Would not stay longer. All very smart and clever, but we felt cheated."

"Lovely little hotel in the Centre of Old Town. Rooms are very small, but very clean and tidy with everything you need for a short stay. As there is no traffic allowed on the street it's very quiet in the evening. The only thing you have to think about is that the doors into the rooms are paper thin and you can hear everything going on outside/inside the room. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel, you can get great suggestions from the lovely host couple for both breakfast, lunch & dinner places. "

"A true find… We wanted a quiet modern apartment close to both the beach and the old town and this was perfect..! Super easy checkin with friendly professional staff who spoke excellent English. We couldn’t be happier, we really enjoyed our stay and recommend it 100%."

"> FIrst at checkin there was no record of our reservation. The documents I had showed I had reservations got us a room. This occured at 12:30 am, so I was very upset. So I received no confirmation the next morning on my reservation. > No breakfast provided like most hotels. > I had previously called the hotel to ask they fix a error by Expedia on my reservation dates. I provided the hotel and Expedia staff on the correction required and I wanted to extend my stay with one additional day. They said, I was all set with these changes. On the last day of our stay we returned to our room later in the day and our key didn't work and when we did get into the room all our personal items has been removed and someone else was in the room. The receptionist didn' know where our possesions were. Why were we not called to ask why we hadn't checked out. No answer, this motel was clearly not organized and working to help customers. They did say they had no rooms, but then found us a room at a higher price than our origianl room. I was totally disgusted with the hotel and and how Expedia didn't get the reservations correct. I WILL NEVER USE EXPEDIA AGAIN !!! "

"Lovely small modern hotel with good size rooms, comfortable beds and every room amenity needed right in the heart of Estepona old town but in a quiet spot for a good nights sleep. There’s a lovely rooftop terrace with sunbeds and chairs plus access to a great coffee shop. Some of the rooms have small balconies for sitting outside to watch the street scene. This is the third time I’ve stayed at the hotel and will return."
