"The first thing that made me upset was how hard it was to find the hotel. There was no information at the airport how to get to the hotel. The breakfast wasn’t great either. It was served from 4:30am to 10:00am. If you wanted the food to be hot you had to go to eat at 4:30am. We went at 9:00am and there was not much of the food left and everything was almost cold. The only thing that was worth it paying the money for it was the location that was very convenient for us. But for $ 340.00 per night I was expecting better quality and better service."

"We stayed here just one night before catching an early flight the next day. We actually would have liked to have had a little more time because the hotel is right on a nice beach, and it seems like there are quite a number of restaurants around. The area seems quiet and safe. It's a good distance from the attractions of Barcelona, but also much more peaceful! The room was clean, comfortable & attractive. It even had a little private sitting area overlooking the pool (Sadly, we didn't have time to take advantage of it.) We really appreciated the staff! I had some questions before our stay, and they took time to answer them all. Upon arriving, we asked them to book a taxi for our very early flight which they did. The next morning, it was a different person manning the reception desk, but he confirmed that our taxi would be there, AND he stood outside and waited to make sure that the taxi arrived. We were greatly impressed and appreciative of this courtesy."

"They got me a room early morning when I got off my cruise. That was great. However the pool wasn’t open and I was really looking forward to sunbathing on that day, thats primarily why I booked that hotel for the pool. They told me its cause they can’t get the staff? If was May. It was hot. So disappointed. However, the hotel itself was so nice. Very nice room and lovely food as well. Good service. "
