"The hotel is stunning and the staff that were in the evening of June 25 2026 were amazing. Why did I give the experience a 3 and the property and staff a 5 is because the air conditioning chose to not work and it averaged 26C in the room The main problem was the fact we could literally never get in our room. "Avoid. We had two rooms - one had a strong sewer smell and AC was not functioning well. The other "only" had the AC issue. Staff did not offer any solutions besides a strong chemical spray that would require us to leave the room. We ended up cramming into one room and did not sleep."

"The room was spacious and clean. The pool was not a roof top Pool but had an open roof which made it very airy and appealing. They have a bar on the rooftop and a restaurant on the first floor. The food at the restaurant was excellent. we are the duck and the red meat and it was very fresh and tender on the other hand, the vegetable was not that good who is a limited selection"

"Clean room. Elegant. We stayed here to be close to the airport since we were leaving to Paris, but it was so worth it! We used Bolt to get to the city and walked around and at the end of the day, took a ride back to the hotel. Perfect place to unwind after a long day of experiencing Barcelona!"

"This was not as near the airport as thought. However the free shuttle was terrific. there’s nothing around the hotel. So unless you want to taxi all the way back to the city, there’s no restaurants to order from, no stores around, it’s in the middle of nowhere. For travelers mostly with no car, it’s not real convenient if you want to just walk to dinner or something. The restaurant inside the hotel was fair, not much atmosphere. Overall fine."
