"The hotel looks new and overall it was a good stay. Everything was fine except for one major issue: there was a very strong urine smell in our room. When we complained, they sent someone to spray an air freshener, but that did not solve the problem. We were told the hotel was fully booked and they could not move us to another room. "I loved the pool and the rooms and the elevators were so unique! This hotel was clean and nice. Only thing is I could smell smoke in my room that woke me up from someone smoking cigarettes. Not sure if coming from outside of another room but it was kinda off putting. Staff were quick to address that they would look into it which was great."
