"Hotel located in more of a residential area, not much close by. We were looking to stay out of the city with relatively easy access to the airport, so totally fine for a 1 night stay. Construction happening around the hotel, so parking is a bit of a challenge. Business hotel feel, large rooms, bathroom. Would recommend if the price is right and you don’t mind being far from everything."

"The location was accessible to Barcelona, food, gifts, and pastries. The staff was informative and helpful for food options and transportation to airport. The 7 euros breakfast was decent. Thank you!"

"Nuby was the first face we saw when we arrived. He was a ray of sunshine and made our stay, both at the hotel and out and about, so much better. He was able to answer any questions we had and always greeted us with a big smile. We meet Pepe on our last day and he was also very pleasant. We had a very nice breakfast before heading out and the buffet had so many choices. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Hotel was nice, room was good - older but clean, no complaints air conditioner worked great and beds were comfortable enough. The staff were very unfriendly, were rude and not helpful when it came to anything we asked or needed. Talked to other residents staying and they had the same issue. Would not stay again solely based of off bad customer service."

"The property overall was lovely. Our room was not that clean. It also needed work. The toilet seat was dirty with dried bodily fluids, the bathroom was damaged on the bottom. The public areas were wonderful. Shuttle service was very nice."

"The property was overall beautiful. I upgraded to the Red level package with the Mountain View (2 adults and 2 kids). It is a great hotel for couples or adults but is not my preferred choice for kids since there were hardly any activities for kids my age (13 and 9 years). The only improvement is the Red level service could have provided more protein on the food provided. The drinks were heavily provided as well as a few snack options.
