This place was awesome. My wife and I had a last minute flight change and booked this hotel before boarding on an international flight from the US to Barcelona. We got to the hotel a few hours before check in but the staff was very accommodating and were able to get us into our hotel room rather quickly as we ate breakfast. Front of staff, the breakfast people, everyone was so hospitable. 10/10 as far as experience. Our only issue was that it’s a bit removed from the downtown area (where all the fun is at) so it was a bit of a hassle at times to get around.

Refurbished hotel but poor service

Hotel has recently been refurbished and looks good and rooms have been refreshed with a good shower area. The beds are poor rock solid and not a great sleep. Biggest disappointment is pool closed when 20 degrees and the staff are not very friendly. Rude in the morning at breakfast demanding room numbers, slow service and at the bar with stressed staff trying to serve drinks and make food.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. A good hotel experience

Breakfast is really good, rooms are nice looking, towels smell well, service is good, the shampoons and shower gels are top quality. We've stayed 2 nights. There was nothing to complain really. Overall I think it's a very good hotel.

Loved this place. Only down fall was our room was filled with hair in the bathroom. The process to check in is long and they only have 1 person working the check in. I didn’t eat there, but had drinks at the bar. The bartenders were nice. The pool area is nice, but small.
