"Room was not ready for check in for another hour. They charge a $2.14”fee” at checkin but could not tell me what for. One of the desk clerks actually rolled his eyes. Expedia gives a total charge including taxes and “fees”. I was told that Expedia needs to get their info straight. It was NOT a non smoking facility.
