"Hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Stayed in the deluxe king ocean and the view was incredible! The rooms were clean, the staff were nice and the amenities were so well maintained.
Highly highly highly recommend if you are coming to the Gold Coast since it is right by the beach and walkable to a lot of places! Will come back for sure!"

"The check-in process after hours needs to be improved. We were locked out and the after hours wall phone in between the two automatic doors was dead.
All of the light switches gave substantial electric shocks to my wife and I.
Overall the unit is showing every part of its 50+ year age, including the bedroom doorknob that came off while attempting to use the bathroom in the middle of the night (along with most towel rails etc loose).
Bedroom fan very noisey, keeping us up through the night....
