"All very very good but... No towels when we arrived, we were looking forward to use the facilities but swimming pool area was packed , some people had 2 or 3 towels per head and we waited and waited but nothing. they were meant to be complimentary. disappointing. Also no room service after some point. we run out of water ( only 2 small 500ml bottles in the room) on a very hot day it was simply not enough. We asked room service for some more, they said no. And instead I had to go all the way back to the restaurant, quite far from our room. Apart from this, a truly incredible experience. Hence the 5 stars regardless."

"I checked in very late and was very well taken care of when I arrived by the on-duty manager. The room was lovely and the hotel breakfast is delicious! The lobby is also a lovely space to sit in and read with a coffee. On tip--if you are hoping to arrange airport pickup you must call the hotel in advance. Emailing is not sufficient."

"We were at a wedding in Kefalonia. We initially checked into a more expensive place in town that was awful, and The Princess saved us. Saved the whole trip. It’s bright and open and floral with a great pool and bar. It feels like you’d imagine Greece to feel, and right across the street is Costa Costa, a fantastic beach with cabanas and bar/food service. The staff was so kind. Best bartender ever at night. The energy and people and pool and location were absolute perfection. The room? It’s a no frills basic European hotel room - on the small side, small balcony, fridge, desk, TV, and a shower/tub. I’ve been around the world and enjoyed all sorts of places, so I’m used to it and find it cozy/charming. Some might not, but if you came to Kefalonia to stay in your hotel room, why come at all? Thanks to The Princess for making a wonderful weekend even better. Would I stay here next time I come and will I recommend it to all my friends? Without a doubt."

"Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great location, yummy breakfast. The beds are comfy and rooms are spacious and clean. There is some noise from the square which goes on late into the night, but windows keep most of the noise out if closed."

"The location was amazing. The check-in process was smooth and courteous. Location was fabulous. The breakfast was fresh and ready as scheduled each morning and was customized for each guest. The hospitality and charm of this hotel was unsurpassed. They insured we had transportation or satisfied with our stay and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied."

"The room was excellent, in great condition, clean and well maintained. We really appreciated the air conditioning units in both rooms which tamed the Kefalonia summer heat. The location is a distance away (10 minutes walk) from both Argostoli and Lassi, and is a steep uphill walk back, but this means it's no problem with car parking close to the property as it's away from the tourist zones. Nikos was really helpful with recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets, beaches and parking in town, all of which were excellent. Even though we had a ground floor room right next to the entrance door it wasn't noisy which was a concern initially, and the surrounding neighborhood is quiet too. The rooms are cleaned daily and the towels changed every day, it would be nice to have an option to keep the towels longer from an environmental perspective, we'd be happy keeping the same towels for 2-3 days as offered by major hotel chains (maybe if they're hanging up they don't get changed, if on the floor then change them?). A small comment on an otherwise excellent stay. We would definitely recommend if you're heading to Argostoli, just don't underestimate the steepness of the climb back from the town!"

"This place is a dream. Location close to amazing beaches sorrounded by restaurants supermarkets and everything is so convenient. The host is an amazing women with so much recomendations and valuable insight to give so kind and welcoming. It has been one of the nicest serviced apartments we have ever stayed at. We look forward to coming back. Topos Suites is new, clean, with great asthetics everything functional and the terrace with the view is something out of this world. So pleased to have choosen this amazing apt to spend our vacations at. The amennities are top knotch I wouldnt change anything it was such a wonderfull experience !"
