Hotel dekat Pantai Hammamet

"The property was beautiful. Morning staff were respectful and helpful. The checkin manager was not helpful at all. The property is around 200 meters away from where th car reaches and no one helps you with luggage, it’s not mentioned in the listing. No one is at thr property after 5 and no response to messages. Royal suite had 2 beds and one comforter and when asked for extra comforter, no one replied. It might be acceptable for the region but international travellers are used to better...

"Si vous faite partie d'un tout inclus on vous donne beaucoup d'attention et de service, mais si vous êtes en demi pension comme ils disent ont vous ignore pour le service ,on vous surveille voir si vous avez payé vos repas comme si on étais des personnes malhonnêtes . Mais pour le service au chambre très bon service et les personnes a l'accueils aussi. Malgré cette inconvénient nous avons passé 2 belles semaines"

"When we first got there, the checking in was absolute mess. No order, people pushing to get up to the counter. When there, they ignored you until I had to forcefully say, hey I am here. And the stench in the room was awful. I had a hard time sleeping. I would wake up almost gagging. Out of my 3 weeks in Turkey and Tunisia, this was the most negative situation I had. Now having said that, the place was beautiful and the food was good. So gave it 3 out of 5."

"De"

"mise à part le problème de climatiseur et l'absence d'une TV dans la chambre autre chose c'était formidable avec les animations, personnel accueillant et la bouffe aussi était bonne."

"Great hotel"

"It was terrible I had to book another hotel"

"The hotel is huge and at the end of October it was mostly empty even though the weather was fine. Rooms are generous in size Breakfast has multiple options and it is served on the terrace in a nice ambiance Mature plants everywhere Swimming pool outdoor felt a little cold , not heated though I did not try the indoor ( sea water) Beach is private and well attended by staff Reception staff could be more friendly and smile The property is fine but a bit dated and I wouldn’t call it...

"The beds need improvement, not very clean , doors are noisy, people are friendly and helpful. Overall it's not too bad for the price."
