"STAYED THERE FOR A WEDDING, EVERYTHING WAS GREAT FROM THE VALET TO THE ROOM. STAFF WAS AMAZING. THE BEACH WAS RELAXING. NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT THE SEAWEED THIS TIME OF YEAR IT HAPPENS SO I DIDNT EVEN FACTOR THAT INTO MY STAY REVIEW. ALLROUND AMAZING STAY WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK"

Difficult to reach anyone at reception (multiple phone calls unanswered, email not answered, and often nobody at the desk - only to have the “Chief Engineer” show up on two different occasions and be rude). When I did finally meet the front desk, she was lovely and helpful."

"I made a reservation to stay for several days last February. I then wanted to change my room to one with a couch and cancel the first room. Expedia canceled the first room, gave me the new room which I used and then refused to refund my $1941. When Expedia called the hotel and spoke to the assistant manager and explained the situation she refused to refund the money."

"The room.was very clean and the included breakfast was very good! The stay was perfect to stay the night before our cruise!"

"The room was comfortable and spacious. The lobby area was extremely clean and welcoming. Breakfast was included and provided a variety of healthy as well as indulgent options. There were also restaurants and a few shops near-by. I would stay there again and recommend to others."

"Elevator was broken, no shuttle, safe was broken, air didn't work,the bar had creepy people hanging out at it made going in the pool area feel uncomfortable. The lobby bathroom had air fresheners that was so over powering in made me feel sick, hallways smelled if cigarettes. Online it said it was near the beach but it took a 25-30 min Uber ride to get to the beach."

"It room was very spacious. Property is close to the airport, restaurants and stores. It you like golf, there are 2 different golf spots right beside the hotel for a fee to play golf and chill. Breakfast was great and overall, a very excellent stay and services."
