"This hotel needs a total overhaul! One cannot open the blinds so room is always dark. Rusty mirror in bathroom, cabinet doors do not close. No phone in the room so had to go to front desk to talk to the staff. Horrible experience. 2-3 stars at best and should be charged accordingly. They have a nice looking lobby but the rooms are really bad."

"To start off, the location of this hotel is amazing! We only stayed one night but they upgraded our room to a king! The staff were super helpful and friendly. Would stay here again and recommend to others!"

"Second time staying at this hotel and it was a great experience. The hotel staff were always helpful and were accommodating towards our needs. They have a convenient method of text communication between staff / guests, which is direct and easy for guests to use!
Central area in SoHo, and on the same street of the famous Katz deli! It was a great hotel in walking distance of everything.
Pool was not open for guests to use, but they were in the process of setting it up (could be open by late...

"We’ve stayed at the Dominick several times under previous names, and had great experiences. It’s in a fantastic location in SoHo, has nice views, and the rooms are huge by NYC standards. All those things haven’t changed, but unfortunately the hotel is starting to show some wear and is in need of a refresh. It’s still a good hotel in a great location, it’s just not quite a polished as it used to be."
