"Ehrlich gesagt, kann ich nicht verstehen, warum die Unterkunft solch gute Bewertungen bekommt.
Prinzipiell haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Die Pools mit der Poolbar sind in Ordnung. Personal ist freundlich. Zwischen den Terrassenplatten wächst vielfach Unkraut. Das könnte man durchaus mal entfernen.
Insgesamt ist die Anlage schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Am Schlimmsten war die Küche in unserer Wohnung. Wahrscheinlich Erstausstattung von vor 50 Jahren. Uralte Geräte, weder Geschirrspüler,...

"Wir verbrachten insgesamt sieben Nächte im Hotel. Man hat keine einzige Flasche Wasser bekommen. Ich musste nach vier Tagen fie Badetücher tauschen lassen. Innerhalb von sieben Nächten von Personal kein einziger Tausch.
Cappuccino kostet Geld. Nur Filterkaffee ist umsonst, dieser schmeckt überhaupt nicht.
Am Hotel kein eigener Strand. Es gibt sehr schöne Strände, aber nur mit Mietwagen erreichbar.
Essen im Hotel sehr lecker.

"Just back from our stay at Nobilis Hotel and overall we had a good experience. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable, and the hotel is in a great location with easy access to nearby attractions and beaches. The massages at the spa were excellent and definitely one of the highlights of the trip. Staff were friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed throughout.
The only downside for us was the food. While there was variety, the quality and flavour didn’t quite match the standard of the rest...

"I was worried about booking as the photos were all CGI and the hotel was newly extended / modified for this season but this hotel is incredible! Amazing food, service, a very high end all inclusive with wonderful pools, bar areas and great staff. It is very clean, has great amenities and so relaxing right on the sea. we had an amazing stay"

"Horrible rooms and receptionist. Please avoid unless necessary. We were staying here for 7 nights and realized it's not possible to stay here after 4 nights and requested a refund for the last 2 days given the following reasons with evidence. But the gentleman at the reception said to allow the cleaning team to come in, which we were already doing, which had no relevance.
1. Air conditioning close to not functioning and limited to 23 degrees as the minimum while being around 15/20 years old....
