"Exceptional Stay with World-Class Service! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and went out of their way to assist me with an early check-in. Both the food and service at the restaurant were top-notch and completely satisfied my expectations. Having stayed at 5-star hotels in the US, I can confidently say that the service here stands out and easily competes on a global level. If I visit Ulsan again, I will definitely choose to stay here without hesitation. Truly grateful for the hospitality!"

"All staff interactions were friendly, efficient, and helpful. The taxi driver who picked me up at 5AM for a tour and returned for me later was especially pleasant. However, I had a few challenges: The 7-Eleven staff was somewhat impatient with me as I tried to check out. The Cafe was booked out for lunch by a group and I couldn't eat there, it would have been nice to know ahead of time that I didn't have any options for lunch except leaving the hotel or going to 7-Eleven. The pillows were too soft and I couldn't get the front desk to understand a question regarding the availability of firmer pillows. My key card failed every other time I used it in the elevator. If someone was already there, it wouldn't recognize my floor, twice I had to walk up from the 10th floor. If someone else came in after me, the elevator would drop my floor and I would have to tap my card again or the other guest would so that I could register my floor. Just a suggestion, but grab bars in the shower would be useful especially for accessibility."
