"This is a great hotel! I especially like the quality of the food, the wide corridors, the solid doors, plentiful towels, clean sheets and trash removal every day. The view from my room was amazing! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and polite, and the amenities were great. But it did seem like they were understaffed. Also outsourcing the parking and WiFi connectivity to third parties is not optimal for the customer. The parking costs and requirements are ridiculous and the internet...

"Our favorite and only place we stay on Coronado. Beds are comfortable, property is clean and feels safe. Pool and outdoor area are lovely and staff is always friendly and helpful! It’s nice to see the same faces every year we come. We also love the free bikes that are available to use, as well as beach chairs, wagon, etc"

"Friendly staff, clean room, enjoyed the food at Mary Jane's. We enjoyed the outdoor balcony space. There were loud events every night we were in town which we could hear clearly in the room. This didn't bother us, but could bother others. The layout of the queen suite is a little odd with the placement of the shower and toilet."

"Felt very welcomed and taken care of by the attentive staff. The entire facility was new, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had two rooms, and they accommodated our family well. "Staff was excellent. Very responsive and accommodating. The room needed repairs..bathroom fixtures, lighting, charging. Pool areas was lovely with firepit, tables, chairs and couches."

"The room was very out dated and had an odd smell. We had noises coming from the sink 24/7 that staff said was not fixable during our stay. The shower didn’t drain well. Staff was very friendly and professional. I’ve stayed her before years ago, and the property was much nicer then. Seems as though they’re not interested in bringing the rooms up to date. Was a disappointment for the money."
