"I booked a room with private bathroom and never got that. Had to share with 3 other rooms. Not good with a person who had IBS. It's location is good, but sharing a bathroom goes back 50 years. Also the lift is so small, we struggled as average sized couple with small rucksacks and we filled the l8ft. It's a very old building. Lots of noise. Was a last minute booking and won't go back."

"The location is excellent. Very close to old town. The staff were great especially Jose. Very helpful. The room had a beautiful view of the church across the street and high ceilings with a fan. Wonderful cafe located below. Lots of choices for coffee and tea in the kitchen that are complimentary. It could be cleaner and bathrooms could be cleaner.
