"Excellent"

"Our stay at the Atlantis was excellent. From the concierge staying in touch for our room, the front desk helping with our bags, room service fast and courteous, and our room had magnificent views, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Our dinner at Nui was excellent with wonderful service. The only suggestion I would make is to upgrade the fitness center a bit and the decor could use a refresh but otherwise I would come back again anytime! Truly amazing experience."

"This was a beautiful Place to stay. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful, The hotel is right on the beach with beautiful views. There is a very nice pool overlooking the water. They have a really nice patio at the bar that just makes you feel like you are on vacation. I highly recommend this hotel. The room is comfortable with a balcony which is nice to have a cup of coffee in the morning. The only thing I did not like is the shower. The folding door does not keep the water from reaching...

"Vintage non vuol dire vecchio, ci sarebbe da ristrutturare/sostituire/eliminare anche per un discorso di sicurezza. Non accettabile che in stanza non ci sia un minifrigo e che non siano fornite bottiglie d'acqua di welcome. Tutto questo viene in parte compensato dalla colazione abbastanza completa, dalla location di fronte al mare e a pochi minuti da stazione bus per taormina e stazione treni e da un personale accogliente e disponibile"

"Definitely needs refurbishing. Old fashioned keys, no room safe, window security very poor and an en-suite had basin that moved as you touched it. Balcony felt dirty and had another room’s outside light shining all night into my room. Some of the electric lights in my room did not work. The swimming pool was good with an amazing view (but seating area around it had little shade) even if noisey from traffic. Pool bar open until 7pm, but bar downstairs then not open. I thought I had bought...

"Great place, beautiful views. I stayed in one of the suites and it was beautiful. The down side is in order to use the hotel umbrellas and chairs to beach there is a charge of 20 euros per person. For a family of 3 it will be too expensive. We walk down to the free beach access l."

"We had one of the largest rooms. This property is close to everything. The brothers that own it are very nice and will help to arrange transportation and offer advice on places to eat and visit if you ask. The complimentary minibar was a nice surprise after a walk from the bus station. The courtyard is nice too. Despite being in the centre of town the room was quiet. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again if visiting Taormina."
