"We were impressed with the apartment, check-in, location etc. The only thing that spoilt it for us was the noise! There is a bar situated next door and the music and clientele’s shouting, singing and screaming weren’t appreciated at 2am every day. The apartment is in a ‘quieter’ part of the town when it comes to foot traffic, just not in noise level."

"When we arrived we were in the budget room ground floor behind the reception desk. We were told we could upgrade for a further €15 , they also said we could book breakfast at €8 at check-in which we declined. We went up to see the rooftop it’s very shabby and needs a paint . Work is going on at the hotel they may up grade the rooftop . It’s a very clean hotel room and reception area. But I wonder how many people get offered the 1 budget room in the whole of the hotel, hoping they get an extra...

"I would highly recommend this hotel, as soon as we arrived I knew I made the right choice. The premises looked and smelled clean, staff are attentive and helpful. Rooms were clean and the food that they have on offer is delicious. Honestly never had any issues. This was my first time in Benidorm and shall be returning to this hotel. 😊"

"Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen durchgangsstrasse dh. eher laut.ich hatte ein zimmer zum innenhof,wo die kühlanlage 24 stunden lief.hotel ist schräg gegenüber vom rathausplatz.an einem samstagabend dröhnte die musik von dort bis 2 uhr nachts.für nicht lärmempfindliche ein hotel mit gutem preis/leistungsverhältniss. "The pool was huge and well maintained as we all the common areas Rooms were large and bathrooms very spacious Glass policy is ingenious but a real pain in the backside Bar staff and all staff to be fair were helpful apart from Maria in the poolside bar who was condescending and made comments in spanish when she didn’t like something. Fortunately I speak Spanish so heard most of it. Pool absolutely freezing cold and no air con in rooms a disgrace"
