"2,nuits dans cet hôtel parfaitement bien situé au centre et près des temples . Chambre propre , agréable , de bon goût ; table et petit salon devant la chambre agréable . "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Though the resort is on the beach the waters could be rough but the pool at the resort is absolutely hugh so it was like swimming at a beach. Close to the beach meant one could take quiet walks on the beach. Resort is just near Five Rathas and energetic tourists can walk to most of the sites as traffic is horrendous and grid locked. Amenities are great, rooms modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is fantastic. Great choice of menu food day round....

"Nice location, in centre of town, very near beach, but quiet too. Friendly and good value. Nearby is Joe's Cafe for excellent coffee and hot and cold snacks freshly made. On main street nearby there is great place to get laundry done, very good quality and price. Top Star I think it is called. Also very friendly and nice tea shop next to it. Also check out Sabhra restaurant across from temple near Krishna Butter Ball for great N. Indian food at very good prices. Great town and beach, but...

"Our stay was amazing at the Sheraton. The check-in was very quick. Mr. Bibin at the front desk was very polite and receptive. The whole resort was super clean and the all the staff were very kind and approachable. The evening high tea with snacks was arranged near the beach, with tables arranged along the beachside. "The hotel is wonderful. The lobby is gorgeous, with a delicious coffee shop. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent, huge choice of lovely food. Outside has building work,but is no reflection on the hotel. The pool is lovely but my biggest compliment is for the staff. Everyone was so very friendly and kind and went further than the extra mile when I needed help. I cannot express my thanks to them enough. A really excellent stay and great value for money. "

Currently Chennai is in a bit of a traffic chokehold as they frantically try and build their metro which makes travelling anywhere in Chennai a bit of an ordeal.
