"The staff kindly changed our room to one with a better view - overlooking the pool and scenery beyond. The location of the hotel is great - near bus stop and harbour waterfront with lots of restaurant options. The food at the Reef was very good. Staff was most helpful. "The staff at Murella Living were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rainfall shower in our room wasn't working, but they ensured that their maintenance team had that sorted on the same day. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. Breakfast was lovely - though get there early if you want an outdoor terrace spot! My wife's only complaint was lighting near the big mirror in the room for make-up and hairstyling (no plug socket close by). Otherwise a convenient spot for touring north Gozo."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Yes the entrance is located inside the shopping centre but it is very easy to find. On arrival the staff were very welcoming and keen to be of assistance. Our room was spacious and came with a Jacuzzi hot tub on the balcony which was an enjoyable distraction. The hotel is just a short stroll from San Gorg and Independence squares and the Cittadella.
