"Lovely quaint hotel with lots of dining options nearby. Also close to Space Needle and monorail. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. Every single one! I would stay here again. One note is that there is no elevator so the valet carried our bags up and down. Snacks provided in the evening were appreciated!"

"Hotel stay was great and location was good too. We had a good experience with housekeeping staff discovering a missing item and having it returned to us. However, we had such a poor experience of room service. Having arrived late at night, we requested for a kettle for cup noodles and additional towels, and 2 hours later they still hadn't arrived despite multiple reminders. We ended up sharing towels and going to bed hungry."

The location was great and very close to our port pier 66. The only downfall with this hotel was no elevator. There are a substantial amount of stairs to climb to get in and out of the hotel.
