"Nice hotel! Food was the best part and it was excellent! We had a family room and it was spacious. Beach even though it was across the street, it was easy to get to. Plenty of chairs at the beach and they have nice shade cover for them. Bar and food at the beach, Gozleme. My one complaint is the amount of people hotel takes on. Pool area is very little and people are everywhere. To walk in buffet at dinner is like a battle to get through with kids everywhere, they drop food, can not find a table to sit unless you come early or before closing. We come to Turkey often and stayed in many hotels. This is the first one that is so uncomfortable busy. If we return, it will be off season."

"We really enjoyed this resort. Everything was absolutely perfect. Room service was always on point never missing a beat to the resort is humongous and beautiful very family and children friendly I would recommend this resort to anyone if I ever return. I would definitely want to stay here."

"This was our second stay at Akra Antalya, and we truly love this hotel. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and the food is excellent both at the buffet and by the pool. A special thank you to Omar at the front desk for his professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness. Fatihhan, our server by the pool, was also exceptional, always attentive and serving with a smile. There are a few areas that could be improved. Service at the beach was consistently slow, and we once waited 45 minutes for an iced tea. Access to the sea was often difficult because children gathered on the stairs, jumping into the water and playing with water guns, making it hard to get in safely. Additional stairs and more lifeguard supervision would greatly improve the experience. We also found having to use the room key to call the elevator inconvenient. We really enjoyed the exercise classes, but the spa was disappointing. The steam room had an unpleasant odor of urine, and the hammam did not compare to the wonderful experience we had in Istanbul. Overall, we had another wonderful stay and would happily return"

"We booked a family stay at the hotel but due to a last minute issue that denied the family boarding, we had to cancel our stay literally a few hours before we were supposed to arrive. We contacted the hotel as sson as we could and even though they were not obliged to refund our money, they did so in full and without any delay or fuss. These days this represents exceptional customer service and we are grateful to the Kremlin Palace for stepping up when our family holiday was ruined at the last minute."
