The receptionist are great and they upgraded my room to sea views which was amazing. However, something else made me to feel good about this place was I forgot my wallet with large amount of money but they phoned me and returned my wallet, for this I thank the hotel management and particularly Ms. Marwah, the guest relations who spent time to arrange the return of my wallet.
