"The hotel and its location was really nice. Very close to the beach and you can carry your beach loungers from the hotel to the beach. My biggest issue is with the front desk. Very poor when it comes to being friendly and helpful. For a hotel reception, my recommendation is for the staff to be trained to be polite, nice and helpful."

"Leider gibt es in der Unterkunft kein Deutsches Fernsehen und auch kein Radio. Wir hatten leider eine Badewanne die sehr rutschig war und somit das ein und aussteigen erschwere. Das Personal spricht wenig Deutsch und einige noch nicht einmal Englisch. Wir hatten ein Apartment und haben uns selbst versorgt die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt. Das schöne ist die Strandnähe und die ruhige Lage."

"Das Zimmer-wie gebucht- war traumhaft! Allerdings lief der Check-In überhaupt nicht gut. Den Schlüssel erhält man nicht mehr an der Rezeption (diese wurde eingespart), sondern über einen Schlüsselkasten, den man mit einem Code öffnen kann. An sich eine gute Sache, sofern man den Code zugeschickt bekommt. Zwei mal haben wir das Hotel angeschrieben, jedoch keine Antwort bekommen. Erst als ich mich an Expedia gewandt habe, erhielten wir den Code per E-Mail. Das war zwei Stunden vor unserer Ankunft....
