Die Unterkunft an sich ist solide, leider wird sie jedoch falsch beworben. Der Pool ist ironischerweise “saisonalbedingt” vom 01.01-31.12 geschlossen. Das Fruhstuck, welches gemäß Inserat täglich serviert wird, ist nur gegen Aufpreis erhältlich. Eine Nutzung des Fitnessstudios kostet 20€ pro Person

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Dune Resort in Mielno sehr genossen! Die Anlage ist modern, gepflegt und liegt in perfekter Strandlage. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Rezeptionistin Natalia – sie war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns bei allen Fragen bestens unterstützt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service!

Vorab: die Lage ist top und das bestellte Frühstück waren top! Direkt am Strand gelegen und wenn man mal durchblickt wo man das Frühstück telefonisch (nicht über das Hotel) bestellen muss, ist alles gut. Die Sauberkeit ist okay, wenn man nicht allzu pingelig ist. Die Angestellten an der Rezeption sind okay, wenn man keine Antworten auf seine Fragen haben möchte bzw. Freundlichkeit erwartet. Alles in allem ist alles in Ordnung, wenn man nicht allzuviel erwartet und sehr nahe am Strand seinen Urlaub verbringen will.

Die Unterkunft ist super, modern und zeitgemäß ausgestattet. Alles was man in einem Apartment benötigt war da. Von Geschirr bis hin zum Staubsauger. Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend! Die Lage war auch super, wir waren nach 2 Minuten Fußweg am Strand. Leider ist es sprachlich etwas schwierig. Die meisten verstehen kaum Englisch, mal hat man Glück und jemand spricht Deutsch. Am Service in den Restaurants muss unbedingt gearbeitet werden! Alles wirkte etwas chaotisch. Man wartet viel zu lange auf die Kellner, um zu bestellen, das Essen braucht lange bis es kommt, auf die Rechnung wartet man dann noch mal eine Ewigkeit. Das warten hat sich zwar gelohnt, denn das Essen war super lecker. Alles in einem war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Super zum Erholen.

Leider war das versprochene Schwimmbad nicht im Preis inbegriffen, was noch merkwürdiger war, dass man das Schwimmbad auch nicht gegen Entgelt benutzen durfte. Das Zimmer war nicht gut geputzt. Es war nicht mal ein deutscher Sender vorhanden!!!
