"I was more than pleasantly surprised by the entire experience at Marinoa Resort Hotel. From check-in, the entire staff was extremely helpful and professional. I was able to arrange a surprise birthday cake for my partner who traveled with me. The room service breakfast was amazing. As was the room and its stunning view of the surrounding harbor and distant city lights. I will definitely plan on staying here again."

"今回３度目の宿泊。ピアスのキャッチなど落ちており踏んでしまいました。清掃などは毎回不満があります。その他は全体的にキレイでした。また、シャワーヘッドが壊れており、洗面所、キッチンからはお湯が出ませんでした。電話し、迅速な対応を受けましたが、なおらず空き部屋もない事から、お風呂に入ることは出来ませんでした。ただ返金対応や丁寧な謝罪でとても良かったです。 今回は101でしたがエレベーター前で毎回他の客の声が響きわたり気になりました。"

"Exceptional service. Staff go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Only thing to be aware of is the hotel is situated quite a way away from Fukuoka city centre. There is not much around the hotel."

"Nine States Tojinmachi was perfect. The location was excellent — just steps from Tojinmachi Station and within walking distance of Ohori Park and Fukuoka Tower. The room was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed.Service was outstanding. We loved our stay so much that we made another reservation and extended our trip. "We love the room is really spacious with 3 beds so we can each sleep on one bed. - It’s so quiet and comfortable so we had really good sleep for 5 days during our stay. - The location is central. - One drawback is that the toilet is separated from the shower which is not very convenient."
