The location of the hotel is excellent, very quiet and safe neighborhood. The room was very clean, comfortable and the beds were also very nice. Having a washing machine was wonderful. The staff was very considerate specially since our flight arrived a little late. Staff was very helpful before a during our stay at the hotel.

Excellent, spacious accommodations close to the Kokusai Center. Very clean. And loved the kitchen. Remote staff were responsive, especially at check-in which was a little involved but do-able. Overall, super place to stay.

The location of the stay was very convenient for access to transit and walking distance for local sight seeing. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood. There is a Lawson around the corner and a 7-Eleven a black away, both great places to pick up food/snacks and drinks. A local produce seller was just down the street and we picked up apples, persimmons and apple pears all for reasonable prices! Bathroom and laundry very well maintained with ease of washing clothes and drying function. Toilet room is separate with a button for an automatic lid opener! Kitchenette was very useful for light breakfasts. The only issue was the sofa. It needs replacing as the pleather was worn and cushioning was going. The picture did not match it. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

First time staying in a grand base and we were all really impressed. The room was brand new, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen area was excellent and the washing machine inside the unit was very useful.

Spacious, clean beddings, clean utilities. Easy check in. I just didn't get the email 72 hours before check in, but communication was stealthy. Location was great, sandwhiched between 2 Family marts!!!

We love the room is really spacious with 3 beds so we can each sleep on one bed. - It’s so quiet and comfortable so we had really good sleep for 5 days during our stay. - The location is central. - One drawback is that the toilet is separated from the shower which is not very convenient.

自助式的住宿 適合家庭客戶 有問題可用Google Meet 找客服 環境是乾淨的 但有些少歷史痕跡 如需要洗衣 和簡易煮食(配有電磁爐/微波爐),是不錯的選擇 不過沒有正常高度的桌子，所以較難工作或進食（如照片所示，只有梳化和矮茶桌) 從中洲川端站 步行約10分鐘到達 (平路) 整體來說 是不錯的

출국전날 예약했는 정말 저렴한 금액에 잘있다왔어요. 4인가족 작기는 했지만, 이가격에 충분히 만족합니다. 지하철역과는 10분정도 거리, 버스정류장과는 5분정도 거리입니다. 주변에 숨은 맛집 많구요.

初めて利用しましたが部屋が広く快適です。 清掃がとてもよくされていて蛇口まで水垢がなくピカピカです。 アメニティは最小限です、シャンプーなどは一応置いてはありますが持参した方がいいかと思います。くし等はないです。 チェックインはタブレット端末で行います。情報入力後、オペレーターの方と通話がつながり注意事項を述べられますので説明を聞きチェックインです。 鍵やカードはなく番号入力式です。 冷凍庫、冷蔵庫、簡単な調理器具が置いてあります。 洗濯機もあり浴室暖房で乾かせます。子連れにはかなり便利です。 照明だけは不便です。寝室、居間、キッチンの照明が連動していて子供を寝た後キッチンで洗い物しようとすると全部つくので脱衣所の方をつけてその灯りでやる感じです。笑 駐車場はないので近隣に止めることになります。 総合的にとても良いです。部屋数が少ないので予約取りにくいとは思いますが空いていたらここが良いです。 また利用したいお宿でした。
