"This a beautiful hotel and property. The room was well appointed and comfy. The pull out sofa bed was little stiff, but still good. The bathroom was adorable and spacious. We were able to rent a golf cart to tootle around Front Street instead of driving our car. They also have bikes you can rent as well. All around it is a great place! We will be going back!"

"I would not stay here again. The hotel was disappointing and did not live up to its listing or the price we paid. Our room had black mold in the shower, which was unacceptable. The pool was small, looked dingy, and was out of service for two days while awaiting chemicals. The listing advertised complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas, but they were unavailable for the first several days of our stay. Since we were told they weren’t available, we ended up buying our own. About halfway through...

"It took 2 hours to check in. The hotel and room is dirty and an a bit run down. The elevators kept getting stuck and we had to climb 8 flights of stairs to get to the 4th floor. The ceiling has mold and mildew stains. The hotel smells of dirty water and pets and it just has an "ick" to it. The staff was all of the place and not in a good way...the bar was always closed or took 20 minutes to get a drink. Couldn't order breakfast becuase nobody was to be found to take an order. "Although the staff was friendly, the property seemed on a lower rung compared with other Hampton Inns I have stayed in. The carpets are old, toilet slow to operate and overall maintenance and updating seems overdue. I'm a fan of Hampton Inns in general but this one seemed overpriced and dated."
