"Overall very enjoyable stay! Very kind and helpful employees with the front desk, breakfast, and cleaning. We had a king room, which had a good view of the bay on the balcony (pictured, unfortunately weather was cloudy the weekend so didn’t get good sunsets though plenty of potential for beautiful ones on a clear day). "Loved the location and how clean the hotel was. Room may say coastal but does not have water view. It’s decorated in coastal decor. There is no Buffett breakfast offered only menu items that were just ok. Small pool. No bar service the first day. Second day they had offered bar service at pool but the poor bartender had to keep going up and down to get drinks. Not Whst I expected"

"Stayed one night just to not have to continue a long drive - Smelled musty and honestly, like pee as well. Looked like the sheets were yellow, and the whole place made me feel like I had to itch all night. Stains almost everywhere. And if you have a larger car, good luck with the parking. Staff was super nice, just not a nice place to stay (even just for a night to sleep)…. Hopefully they change all these issues, But if not, good luck to whoever chooses this hotel :/"

"Room was clean. Staff was helpful. The hotel really has everything,pool, restaurant, bar and a gift shop. The gift shop also had necessities like toothbrushes(if you forgot yours) and bags of ice for your cooler. I didn't need to leave our hotel for much. I appreciated that as I have several young children and wanted to enjoy Long Beach days and dining in while allowing them age appropriate breaks/naps. Will definitely be back"
