"Charming hotel at Venice Beach did not disappoint! Our double studio room was clean spacious and nicely decorated. The pool and hot tub are sparkling clean. The beach is directly across the street. Throughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Room was clean and neat, good bath towels. Liked the temperature control. Pillows were not so good. Also, daily maid service was restricted to changing towels. Could have made the bed and emptied baskets too."

"Overall my stay at this hotel was very good, the property was clean and well maintained, the staff was helpful, and the amenities were good too. The location is right off of I-75 making it convenient but not too close to the beach, it's about a 20 minute drive. The room was very quiet and spacious, the only downside is that the bed was not as firm as I would have liked, so it would sink in the middle. The breakfast was very good, there were a lot of different options such as: eggs, waffles,...

"I already miss being able to walk on the beach first thing in the morning or just before turning in for the night. I will definitely stay again if I go back to Sarasota. The room was adorable but I would say if you are traveling with a friend rather than solo or with a romantic partner you may find it too small. As I was by myself it was no big deal but if I had been with my friend or sister as I had originally planned I would have needed a larger room for more bathroom privacy"

"Definitely a HIDDEN GEM, the spacious well lit room was well equipped with basic essentials. Area was quiet and staff was friendly and helpful. Short driving distance to one of the best beaches in the world - Siesta Key."

"This Motel 6 was top notch, clean well maintained, everything looked brand new. Gentleman checking me in was nice and friendly. Would stay here again. Oh and the A/c was excellent!"

"Elevator was very slow. Only one in entire building. You have to let the front desk know if you want your room cleaned. They don’t automatically clean the room throughout your stay. Breakfast was ok. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Bathroom could use refurbishment. Lobby of hotel and half of our floor was under repair for a leak. Overall it was good but could use some tweaks."
