"The island is a breath of fresh beautiful air, away from hustle and bustle. Wonderful old school hotel feel. The way things use to be with all the extra beauty. When I say extra I mean it. It has all the little things. From the lobby to the marina and the architecture is great!!! Polynesian theme. coffee in the morning. Great pools! It feels so safe there. Best kept secret! I suggest the marina side. Life is too short to look at the parking lot even though a beautiful ocean is there on...

"Unique property. The Bar/restaurant downstairs is very nice. Employees friendly and helpful. There is no elevators so you will need to walk up and downstairs. The rooms have stand alone ac/heaters but its SD so rooms stayed comfortable. My only suggestion is that the ice is not in a typical dispenser but rather a scoop style and there is no scoop so people were using thier hands or cups to get ice. Otherwise was an enjoyable stay and great location. "

"The parking was valet only. 65 dollars a day. Very expensive. And the young kids they hire Treat you car badly."

"We had a great time visiting to celebrate our 31 year anniversary! The grand kids came by and loved the beach. We were also able to walk to Belmont Park and Mission beach. We will definitely stay again!"
