"Our stay at Silver Lake was wonderful, Hanna & John were perfect hosts and have done a great job with renovating both the hotel and The Jolly Roger! The room was spacious and well appointed with all needs met. The newly added rockers and side tables on the porch were enjoyable and the resort Bicycles made getting around a fun experience."

"When my Sister and I arrived to the room, there was a strong smell of mold..by the way the chairs in the room looked, that's where the odor came from. They need to throw those chairs in the garbage. We paid $200 per night, we had expected better. There were 2 lightbulbs out, one flickering in the bathroom. I reported it and it was soon fixed. Overall, the place looked nice on line. It was just ok, the best part was the location. I wouldn't stay there again."

"The room was ok and the location was ok. But I didn't read the email that said to bring your own whatever. I needed more towels and toilet paper. I thought it was an actual hotel. It had shampoo and body wash in the shower. I guess that's what it was. I could barely read the label but it didn't matter anyway because it was empty. Not reading the email was my fault, but I didn't see it and wasn't expecting to get one. The check in at 4 pm and NO early check-in was a pain. We might stay there...
