"We booked through Expedia months in advance and received an early hotel check in THE DAY BEFORE to help our check in go faster and smoothly, but that was not the case… when we showed up in a cab, the place was completely shut down. The doors were all locked. There was not a car in the parking lot. We called both hotel numbers given on the website and one of them was UNAVAILABLE and the other, no one picked up.
