"excellent spot for a few days in palolem. located at the south end it’s closer to the quieter beach area. it’s not seafront but about as close as it gets at this price point. homemade indian breakfast is a plus. siddesh (the manager) made sure that the stay was seamless and helped with airport transfers."

"I had a wonderful stay at this property! The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was healthy, fresh to start the day right. "Our stay at the Om Shanti Patnem was a wonderful experience. The hotel offers direct beach access, outside dining and drinks, with a diverse menu. Beach lounge chairs are available for all guests. The staff is outstanding. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The little shopping areas around the hotel were quaint and reasonably priced. There are many restaurants within easy walking distance of Om Shanti. Taxi and Tuk Tuk stands are close by. "

"Had a lovely stay in January for a week, the room was adequate for our stay, a comfortable bed, tv (if you like to watch tv), a/c and fan a balcony. The room is a bit small but wasn’t a problem the bathroom has hot water and good shower. The beach is a short walk from the accommodation lots of bars and restaurants around. I needed some washing doing when we arrived which Manjay (manager) sorted and was at hand for anything else needed. We liked Palolem and Sand Tent resort so much we’ve already...

"A lot is going right for this place. We stayed for 3 nights, and even though the room was, let's say, condensed, we didn't mind it at all. The service, warm hospitality, prompt attention to details, and above all, friendly staff was the highlight of our stay. "The accommodation was clean and basic. Air conditioner was provided. Tea and coffee was provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. The beach was located within a five minute walk. It was in a good location, with stalls and taxis. In the advert the accomadation cottage/ hut looked as though the pool was just outside it. Nearly all of them are built anew at the beginning of the tourist season and dismantled in April or May before the summer monsoon hits. The torrential rain and high water of these storms would likely tear them apart otherwise, and Goa's government wants to keep the hotels here small-scale and simple. They're also generally very reasonably priced.
