"Room was clean, bedsheets were soft, food was delicious and staff were wonderful. Front staff were fabulous and helped arrange rides into town a few times. As an asthmatic, the first hike up to my room was a bit wild, but it was totally worth the view from my hammock. This location is truly something special."

"I would highly recommend staying at Guanacaste Lodge! It is a simple, older property that you can see is very well maintained. The room and property are extremely clean and comfortable. "Latica lodge was amazing to stay at! If you’re looking for that community vibe then this should be on the top of your list. "Unsure what makes this an eco retreat aside from the fact they ask you to bring your own water bottle to refill with water they provide and there is no hot water for showers.
