Hotel Tropicana - Near Olas Altas Street
No balcony, no refrigerator, no safety deposit box in room. When i asked about a balcony room, only reply was , ' there are none ' without even checking

Canto del Sol Puerto Vallarta All Inclusive
Canto is an older resort. Check in process could be better. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly! Our AC was under repair and ran the whole time we were there, so our room was cold, which wasn’t an issue. The food was delicious with great variety. There were many activities scheduled each day ...

I truly loved my stay here, what an amazing experience. not only was it super clean, but the area was amazing and staff was so friendly and helpful, gosh this sounds like a paid advertisement but in full honesty I can’t wait to go back .
