The room had tea and coffee making, air conditioning, Good size shower with excellent pressure. Excellent location with cafes below and next to the hotel. "Check in process was non personal through an app. Also was a serious pain. Shower would NOT drain. Took 5 days to get it fixed in order to not stand in water and black mold. Not once was the toilet paper put on a roll dispenser. No soap ever put in the shower container. Apparently training for the housekeepers is minimal? The only staff on premise was the kitchen staff. They tried to help, but wasn't their responsibility. The location is a 10. But, the hotel is a 3 maybe? It needs a huge...
