There’s a quieter pool close to the beach with a bar and restaurant if you want to escape the noise of the children’s pool. The service around the pool was generally terrible. It rained heavy off and on the first 3 days we were there and the pool staff just folded up the mats on the pool chairs so all the water just sat inside them and then they reopened them when it stopped. "From arrival my experience at this resort has been superb. You are warmly greeted in Reception on arrival and each day when in contact with them. They are very helpful advising on excursions and where to go. I did the Thai cooking three-course meal which was a great experience. "We were sold by an aerial shot of the complex. It looked like all pools were connected and you could swim everywhere. In reality they weren’t. Not that big a deal but it would’ve been fantastic if that was the case. No happy hour in the swim up bar was a let down. Breakfast and the food in general was good. The staff were excellent."
